Most doctors choose a lane. Dr. Sheetal Shah kept adding them. She began practising homeopathy in Mumbai in 1997, founding Kushal Clinic at Dolat Niketan, Malabar Hill, where she still consults today, alongside her practice at Saifee Hospital on Maharshi Karve Road.
Over those decades she added psychology, counselling, yoga and mental health, emergency medicine, even French and Mandarin. In 2025 she completed the CCMP in modern pharmacology at Grant Medical College, Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, under MUHS Nashik. In 2026 she added the PGDEMS in emergency medical services through P.D. Hinduja Hospital, LIHS and Dr. Homi Bhabha State University, and volunteered as a training instructor for Mumbai’s 108 ambulance service. She now conducts emergency medicine workshops at Hinduja Hospital.
